Shipping note
Unless otherwise described, bicycles are delivered by a forwarding agent "free kerbside", i.e. to the public kerbside nearest to the delivery address.
Service - Assembly - Security
Shipping is carried out by DHL, GLS or Fedex, our reliable logistics partners with whom we are in constant contact to ensure fast and problem-free delivery.
We offer you various services for shipping:
- Final assembly: the bikes are pre-assembled by our qualified and experienced mechanics and perfectly adjusted after a test ride.
- the day of dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of your order.
- If you are absent on the day of delivery, the parcel can be accepted by a neighbor. It is important that you leave a note with the address and name of your neighbor at your front door for the driver of the respective shipping company (DHL, GLS or FedEx).
