Shipping to foreign countries

Please note that for international deliveries, additional charges such as import duties and taxes may apply and are to be paid by the recipient.

If you want to have a delivery to a country which is not listed on our website please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail sending us your information with the exact details of your order, quantity, shipping address, name of the country and its correct postal code.

We will inform you as soon as possible about the costs and possibilities of shipping.

Service - Assembly - Security

All orders are shipped by DHL or GLS, our reliable logistics partners who ensure that your shipment arrives at its destination on time and in optimal condition. As long as the bike is available, shipping will take approx. 3 - 5 business days once the payment has been made.

We are committed to satisfy our customer's needs, and therefore we offer them a variety of services:

1. Final assembly: all bikes are assembled and adjusted by our professional mechanics.
2. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
3. In case you are absent at the time of the delivery, a neighbour or other third party can accept the delivery for you. If that is the case, it is important to ask the delivery company (DHL or GLS) to leave the parcel in a specified place by leaving a notice at your front door.
