State-of-the-art frame construction with the C:62
The Litening C:62 models are based on the new monocoque carbon frame, which is manufactured using the Twin Mold process. The controlled arrangement of the individual carbon fibres allows maximum rigidity with minimum weight at the same time. The conical control bearing allows perfect control in any situation. While all the power goes into the bottom bracket with virtually no loss, the slim seat stays, a flattened top tube and the vibration-damping properties of carbon ensure pleasant comfort. Already in the Pro version, the best components from Shimano and Newmen are available. Cube gives the bike a continuous Ultegra equipment. With the super light Mavic Ksyrium wheelset and carbon parts from Newmen, the bike has an outstanding weight of approx. 7.3 kilograms. In the race version Cube gives the bike a Shimano Ultegra disc brake and the electric Di:2 transmission. With many newmen carbon parts, including the handlebar, wheelset and seat post, the bike weighs about 7.2 kilograms, despite the brake system. The slim frame design and the high-quality workmanship appear noble and top-class. With the discreet but cube-typical paintwork, the bike comes into its own perfectly. A modern racing bike couldn't be lighter, faster and more stylish!
Team Wanty for everyone!
Cube has sent Team Wanty from Belgium into the race with great success. The bike of the series is available as replica with the equipment variant Cube Litening C:68 SL Team Wanty for all athletes. The even lighter and stiffer C:68 carbon material provides extreme driving performance beyond imaginable. With a weight of just over 850 grams, the frame set is among the absolute world leaders in this segment. The unrivalled Shimano Dura Ace Group ensures maximum propulsion and extreme sportiness. Noble add-on parts from Ritchey, Fulcrum and Fizik reduce the weight of this racer to approx. 7 kilograms. The popular paint finish in Team Wanty Design signals the will to fight and makes a good impression at every competition. Exceeding this setup is almost impossible. With the Cube Litening C:68 SLT Disc, however, the engineers at Cube succeed in creating a bike that seems to come straight from the future. With the electric Shimano Dura Ace Di:2 shift, the gears are changed in milliseconds. With the continuous Dura Ace equipment and rare tuning parts from Newmen and Fizik, a total weight of approx. 6.8 kilograms is realized. The dramatic look of the bike, with clearly recognizable carbon structures and the brute Shimano Dura Ace disc brake, perfectly matches the performance data of this bike. For the brave rider there is currently no more efficient or aggressive bike - made to break records!
