The saddle is, in addition to the pedals and handlebars, one of the connection points between the rider and the bike. The direct contact is exacerbated by two factors. On the one hand, the entire weight acts on the saddle. On the other hand, the constant movement creates friction. These two factors, especially on longer trips, make for a rather unpleasant combination. So anyone who has spent a long time in the saddle knows how important and vital this component is. Manufacturers use very good models, but of course they cannot meet the needs of every individual rider with every saddle. In addition to the saddle, the seatpost is crucial for comfort and ergonomics. A suspension or hydraulic seat post provides support when needed and relief when possible. Saddles
