Agree C:62 with rim brake - for competition and purists
The Cube Agree with the classic rim brake is available in two versions. The Agree C:62 Pro already offers absolute competition components for the highest demands at a comprehensible price. With the almost continuous Shimano Ultegra equipment (only cassette and chain are on 105 level), more than enough power is provided. With super light components, such as the Cube CSL Evo Aero carbon suspension fork and the Mavic Cosmic Elite wheelset, this bike weighs around 7.9 kilograms. There is little room for improvement here, but this is consistently used with the SL equipment from Cube. Here, Shimano's electric DI:2 shift is used, which shifts in milliseconds and thus ensures the smallest possible loss of power. With the ultra-light Fulcrum Racing 44 Aero wheelset and the Newmen Carbon seatpost, Cube reduces the weight of this bike to approx. 7.4 kilograms. The ingenious look of the bikes not only looks good on the winner's rostrum, but - thanks to the great comfort of the series - is also ideally suited for long tours.
Agree C:62 Disc, the model for speed rush
With the hydraulic Shimano Ultegra brake, the two disc models of the series are prepared for any braking manoeuvre, no matter how daring. The early minor troubles of disc brakes for road bikes are a thing of the past and the current models function without problems and absolutely reliably. The advantages of these brakes can be clearly seen. Disc brakes are generally less susceptible to external conditions. No matter whether hot and dry, or wet and cold - the braking force is always equally and perfectly distributed. Especially on fast descents, or in demanding passages, this control is very valuable. The Cube Agree C:62 Race has some other features besides the powerful disc brake. A continuous Shimano Ultegra equipment for example. With the carbon handlebar and the carbon seat post from Newmen, the bike has an outstanding weight of just over eight kilograms - and this despite the generally heavier brake system. With the "SL" version, Cube sends a bike into the race that is pure understatement. The ingenious look in carbon and black is reinforced by the black brake discs. Shimano's electric DI:2 transmission ensures brute propulsion. With the finest carbon components such as the Newmen handlebar, the Newmen seat post or the Cube Race saddle, this racing machine weighs only approx. 7.6 kilograms and thus not more than the top models with a rim brake. More speed is impossible!
