CUBE Stereo 140 HPC SL – Test winner “BIKE
In the latest issue of BIKE (02/2021), the CUBE Stereo 140 HPC SL is test winner in the test “Allmountains up to 3299 euros / suspension travel 140-150 mm”, putting it ahead of brands such as Bulls, Conway, Giant, Mondraker, Transalp Bikes, Canyon & Rose.
Assessment:
Even at second glance, it’s hard to believe that the CUBE has the same price tag dangling from it as the other bikes. The Stereo is unbeatably equipped, weighs the least in comparison and offers the greatest touring potential.
CUBE Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC SL – “EMTB” test winner
In the latest issue of EMTB (01/2021), the CUBE Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC SL is test winner in the test “E-touring fullys: nine hot bestsellers under 5000 euros”, putting it ahead of brands such as Canyon, Bulls, Giant, Raymon, Husqvarna, Stevens & Centurion.
Assessment:
Balanced touring bike with comfortable chassis, relaxed seating position and superior handling. The equipment is coherent and of high quality – and at a fair price.
CUBE Stereo 120 HPC SLT – “BIKE” trade tip
In the test “Trail bikes: lively touring fullys around 4000 euros” in BIKE magazine (04/2021), the Stereo 120 HPC SLT won the “Fachhandel Tipp” award, beating brands such as Canyon, YT, Müsing, Trek, Giant, Radon and Rose.
Assessment:
As the lightest bike, the Cube climbs every summit in no time, but doesn’t show any weakness on the descent either. The already good price becomes even more attractive when you include the dealer’s service.
CUBE Nuroad C:62 Race – “Tour” test winner
In the latest issue of Tour (05/2021), the CUBE Nuroad C:62 Race is test winner in the “Trendsetter” test, beating brands such as Bergamont, BMC, Canyon, Felt, Focus, Fuji, Giant, Rose and Strock.
Assessment:
The fact that CUBE now equips several cyclocross teams with bikes is reflected in the Nuroad. The sporty character, very close to a cyclocross bike, was noticeable even to inexperienced testers. The lightest bike in the test accelerates easily and runs stable at high speeds. The tyres master the balancing act perfectly, they offer good grip and roll easily on hard surfaces. Beyond that, the bike has fewer special features, but no flaws either. With the 2 x 11 gearbox, the right transmission is on board for all situations, and the slightly flared handlebars and comfortable saddle are immediately appealing.
CUBE Litening C:68X Pro – grade 1.8 “Tour”
In the latest issue of Tour (05/2021), the Litening C:68X Pro was rated very good with a score of 1.8 in the test “Aero road bikes around 4,000 euros”, putting it ahead of brands such as Canyon, Felt, Fuji, Giant, Lapierre, Look, Merida, Scott, Storck.
Assessment:
With the Litening, CUBE presents an uncompromisingly aerodynamic competition bike, which is also ridden by the pros of Team Intermarché-Wanty Gobert with different equipment. The bike is only available with electronic shifting, which makes the extremely slim silhouette possible – all cables run through the handlebars and stem into the frame. The version shown, which is half the price of the top model tested in TOUR 10/2019, comes with Shimano’s electric Ultegra Di2 groupset and aluminium rims, but loses comparatively little in performance: 500 grams more and only four watts slower are the most important differences to the top model in numbers. In this test field, these values are top. In the aero measurement, about eight watts could still be extracted with the fast Zipp 404 wheels, which puts the frame set among the most streamlined bolides on the market. The revised seatpost now also offers a little more comfort. The Litening only just missed winning the test, which confirms the feeling during the test rides: There is not much missing for the riding experience of a professional racer. For a specialised trade bike, the result is a small sensation.
CUBE TWO15 Race – Price/Performance Tip “Freeride
In the test “Bigbikes under 3500 Euro” of the Freeride Magazine (02/2021) the CUBE TWO15 Race secures the price/performance tip and thus puts itself ahead of brands like Canyon and YT.
Assessment:
The new CUBE TWO15 Race is a complete success. It is the racer in the test field, yet sufficiently manageable and playful. Our tip for park shredders with a penchant for racing.

Complete renovation successful! Now the bike looks sexy and rides like it: safe, confident, full and direct at the same time. I felt I was the fastest on it. My No. 1.
