Looking for a cheap but good hardtail?
Cube keeps up with the times and already offers a modern and powerful disc brake on the entry-level model. The Suntour suspension fork with 100mm travel provides sufficient comfort, even away from the paved roads. The low overall weight and the 24 gears of the Shimano transmission also allow long distances and longer tours. With its super cool design, this bike is in no way inferior to the more expensive models. In the Pro version, Cube uses a hydraulic disc brake, a slightly shorter handlebar and some weight-optimized components. This makes the bike suitable for even more sporty off-road use. The low weight makes this bike a manoeuvrable and precise sports equipment.
Aim Race and Aim SL with upper mid-range features
With the equipment variants "Race" and "SL", Cube manages to provide an entry-level MTB with features of significantly more expensive models. The Cube Aim Race offers the customer a Suntour suspension fork with remote lockout (the possibility to lock the suspension fork from the handlebar), a feature that is usually not available in this price range. This means that the full 100mm suspension travel can be used in the trail at any time, while during exhausting ascents, or tours on the cycle path and the road with a blocked fork, no energy is lost by the unnecessary immersion of the suspension fork. Shimano's hydraulic disc brake ensures maximum safety at all speeds. In the "SL" version, Cube consistently complements the bike with components that turn the Aim into a top hardtail. The Shimano Deore rear derailleur with 27 gears, offers enough gear ratio bandwidth to conquer every mountain. The remaining add-on parts are generously selected so that the Cube Aim SL is a real insider tip. More mountain biking isn't possible at this price!
Allroad, because safety first!
For some years now, Cube has also been offering the Aim series in the "Allroad" version. These bikes are the ideal solution especially for young people who have to go to school at dusk or commuters who regularly use their bikes on the road. The Aim Allroad models combine the sportiness of a mountain bike with the comfort and safety of a trekking bike. The optional extras include a lighting system, mudguards and a kickstand. If required, there are also holders for a luggage carrier. In the SL version, which is technically based on the Cube Aim SL, the rear light is discreetly integrated into the rear fender. The high-quality attachments from SKS, Trelock and Humpert, are manufactured at the highest level and guarantee long-term pleasure with the bike. The total weight of these superbly equipped bikes is still below the level of a high-quality trekking bike. This makes the city speedsters ideal for a weekend excursion into nature and larger bike tours. Cube also offers the 27.5" and 29" formats for the allroad versions. The Allroad models are available in a cheeky or discreet paint finish. Independent of this, the bikes can always be recognized as sporty mountain bikes and are fully in the tradition of the Cube Hardtail family.
